Douglas Bush, DMD

Dr. Douglas Bush graduated from the University of North Carolina and went on to attend the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, now known as Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. After graduating in 1998, he did his GPR at Jersey Shore Medical Center. Dr. Bush has been on the medical staff of Morristown Medical Center for over 27 years and he also instructs and trains the new dental graduate there. Additionally, he volunteers at the Charity Clinic at Morristown Medical Center and is also on the Kessler Rehab Counseling staff. To ensure that his patients are receiving the most advanced care, Dr. Bush attends several post-doctoral continuing education courses each year to stay informed of the latest technology and techniques.

Dr. Bush is perhaps best known for his compassion and commitment to community service. He visits local nursing homes to provide dental care, performs dental care pro bono, makes house calls and even provides transportation for patients if necessary. For over 15 years, Dr. Bush has donated custom sports mouth guards to many local athletes and sport teams and has also sponsored college scholarships for underprivileged and worthy local high school graduates in the community.

Having grown up in Randolph, NJ, Dr. Bush still lives in the area and enjoys being outdoors. He likes to hike, camp and ski, but his true passion is motorcycle riding. He is the proud father of 2 children and loves spending time with his family and friends.
